On one occation, the Buddha was dwelling at the Jatavana Monastery in Savatthi. King Pasendi along with his followers came to the presence of the Buddha, saluted the Buddha and sat on one side. The king questioned the Buddha about what supreme should be done for giving gifts, observing precepts, and listening to the Dhamma preaching? What the most profits should be received from giving gifts, observing precepts, and listenting to the Dhamma preaching?

Chao Khanan (ex-monk) Thammapanya had the religious faith to sponsor the making of this manuscript entitled Haksa Sin Fang Tham to support the Teachings of the Buddha to last until the end of 5000 years. Nibbāna paccayo hontu no dhuvaṃ dhuvaṃ (May this be a condition for us to reach Nirvāna, certainly). May my wishes and desires come true.
