Mahasamaya Sutta (discourse on the great meeting). The Buddha discoursed on this Sutta while dwelling in Kapilavatthu with five hundred monks. There the Devas from ten universals came to an assembly for paying homage to the Buddha. Then four Devas from Sutthavat heaven also came and each of them announced a verse. The Buddha spoke to the bhikkhus that the Devas come for the great meeting and then described the names of the Devas in details.
