When the king heard the Yak said that he was delighted. He spoke to his children that it does not mean I do not love you, my beloved children but I love my enlightenment. Then he decided to give his children to the Yak for his food and declared to devas and the mother earth as witness to acknowledge his great dāna (giving). When the Yak got the children it immediately ate them in front of the king though he was not anxious but was delighted with the great giving.
