The second of four fascicles of Nyot Dhamma (the peak of the Dhamma) or Cundasukarika Sutta was written in Pali language begins Itipiso bhagavā kalyāna sambanno itipiso bhagavā. The text is popularly used by a monk to read in the nyot tham ceremony which is organized in a monastery or a house in order to get merit.

Folio 6 on the recto side: In Culasakkarat (CS) 1272, a kot set year, on the first waxing day of the eleventh [lunar] month, the third day of the week (Tuesday), a ka mao day, the writing of this manuscript was finished in the morning between 9.00-10.30 o’clock. Akkhavorapasitthikhamphila Setthanakkhara Itsara Hòkham Faina (king of the front palace), and the queen and his mother, princes, princesses and the entire royal family had the ardent religious faith to sponsor the making of this manuscript entiled Chanthasukarikasut to support the Teachings of Gotama Buddha to last until the end of 5000 years. Suddinaṃ vattame danaṃ nibbāna paccayo hotu no niccaṃ dhuvaṃ (Well donated is our gift, Nirvāna is the greatest bliss).
