Description of manuscript content:

While the Buddha was dwelling at Kutakhana Sala in the Mahavanta forest in Vesali, the Buddha asked Anada Thera to call all Bhikkhus in Vesali to assemble at Uppathak Banna Sala. Then the Buddha spoke to Bhikkhus about 37 virtues partaking of enlightenment which comprising 4 Satipatthāna, 4 Sammappadhāna, 4 Iddipāda, 5 Indya, 5 Bala, 7 Bojjhanga, and 8 Magga.
