Tamma hadha al-kitāb thāmin ‘ashara khalat min Sha‘ban al-mukaram sanah 1318 alf wa thalath mi’ah wa thamaniyah ‘ashara min al-hijrah al-nabawiyah.

Other notes:

At the start it is stated that the manuscript belonged to Isḥāq ibn Muḥammad ibn Muḥammad Abī Isḥāq al-Ra‘ilī. The text also gives information about the death of a certain Haji Muḥammad ‘Alī Abu Muḥammad Shahīd Kalangun Bojonegoro.
