The manuscript contains two texts. The first text deals with Arabic syntax and Arabic morphology. The second text is a copy of the explanation of the book Fatḥ al-Qarīb al-Mujīb which discusses Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh).
Other notes:
On page 122v there is a note in pegon script about "wektu lilima" or the five times, starting from dawn, noon, asr, maghrib to evening time. The five times are correlated with the names of the prophet, angels, companions of the prophet, lust, and Arabic letters in the 'hamdala' sentence. Then, on page 124r there are three drawings of house plans that are similar to a 'pendapa'.
