The manuscript contains Quranic commentary known as Tafsīr al-Jalālayn written by Jalāl al-dīn al-Maḥallī dan Jalāl al-Dīn al-Suyūṭī. The commentary is on Q.S. al-Baqarah: 72 up to the end of Q.S. al-Kahfi. The manuscript also deals with Islamic science.
