The manuscript is a wooden board which contain a table of 60 cyclic days (the days of the animals). This table of the days is popularly used in the local communities of Laos. Some communities, the people stop their regular work on a hwai day or a huang day for relaxing or doing other different activities such as making merit or shoping at a flea market.
Other notes:
The board has many holes for deternimating the day. On the right side, there is a small wood pin handing on. The pin is used to impale a hole in order to mark the day.
