The text describes the Bodhipakkhiya-dhamma, the 37 virtues partaking of enlightenment which comprise of seven categories of the Dhamma as following:
1). Satipatthāna 4: The four foundation of mindfulness.
2). Sammappadhāna 4: The Four Perfect Eforts.
3). Iddhipāda 4: The Four Paths of Accomplishment
4). Indriya 5: The Five Controlling Faculties
5). Bala 5: The Five Powers of Success.
6). Bojjhaṅga 7: The Seven Enlightenment Factors.
7). Atthaṅgika-magga 8: The Noble Eightfold Path.

Folio 27 on the recto side: In Culasakkarat 20020 (corresponding with CS 1220), a poek sanga year, on the sixth waning day of the twelfth [lunar] month, the sixth day of the week (Friday), a poek san day, the writing of this manuscript was finished at the time of the morning drum (between 7.30–9.00 o’clock). Thit (ex-monk) Tü [who lived] behind Vat Pakhae, and his parents, siblings, children and grandchildren had the religious faith to jointly sponsor the making of this manuscript entitled Lam 8 Mün to support the Teachings of the Buddha to last until the end of 5000 years. May all my wishes and desires come true.
