Description of manuscript content:
Sap Kusala describes about the moral and immoral minds. The text was translated from Pali into Lao in order to make understanding of the Dhamma deeply. Do not neglect on spending the life, and do the consideration of the death for all the times. Therefore, Kusala is a reminder of mind to be with consciousness.

Folio 9 on the recto side: Bandit Kunlapanya is the scribe. Somdet Tissapanya who is very strickly in monastic discipline had the pure mind to sponsor the making of this manuscript entitled Sap Aphithamma to support the Teachings of the Buddha. May all my wishes and desires come true. Nibbāna paccayo hotu anagāle kale (May this be a condition to reach Nirvāna in the future). The writing of this manuscript was finished in Culasakkarat (CS) 1295, a ka hao year, on the twelfth waning day of the tenth [lunar] month, a Monday.
