Description of manuscript content:
This manuscript describes the time when the Buddha went to teach Abhidhamma (The basket of higher teaching) such as Dhammasaṅgiṇī, Vibhaṅga, Dhātukathā, Pukkalapaññatti, Kathāvatthu, Yamaka, and Mahāpaṭṭhāna, to his divine mother in the Dusita heaven.

สักขาดได้ 1280 ตัว ปลีเปิกซง้า เดือน 9 ทุติยะ แรม 9 ฅ่ำ เมง 3 ไทย ยามแลงจิ่งปริปุณณะสะเดฌแล้วแก่ข้าแล ตัวหยุ้งเตมธี ฯ หน้าธับปลายอาภิธัมมากัญแจชาดก ม่วนบ่ร้ายชะเกล่า หนานพี่บ่ร่ายแลนา ฯ [I] finished copying [the manuscript] in Cūḷasakarāja 1280, on the ninth waning-moon day of the second ninth [lunar] month, on a Tuesday, in the afternoon. The handwriting is unorganized. The manuscript text is very interesting. It is true. Remark: The date corresponds to Thursday, 1 August 1918 (1280 Toutiyashada 24).
Other notes:
It seems that this manuscript was dated according of the Chiang Tung calendar of the Tai Khün and Tai Lü, which is one month behind the Chiang Mai calendar. (The left-hand side of the first folio) “Abhidhamma Kancae”
