สำเร็จแล้วเวลา 15 นาฬิกา สักขาด 1293 ตัวปลีร้วงเหม้า เดือน 12 ออก 15 ฅ่ำ เมงวันเสา สัทธานางสาส้าง ฯ The copying [of this manuscript] was finished at 15:00 in CS 1293, on the fifteenth waxing-moon day of the twelfth [lunar] month, on Saturday. The donor was Mrs. Sa. Remark: The date corresponds to Saturday, 26 September 1931 (1293 Bhadrapada 15).

Other notes:

The right sides of the last five folios are damaged, missing out some sentences. (The left side of the first folio) “Manuscript titled Mae Rang 32 Phua (A widow who has thirty-two husbands).”
