Vibhaṅga is the sophisticated high-level Dhamma explaining various classifications: Pañcakkhandha (Five Aggregates), Āyatana (Twelve Spheres), the six Dhātu (Six Elements), the eighteen Dhātu (Eighteen Elements), Ariyasacca (Four Noble Truths), and Indriya (Twenty-two sense-faculties), followed by explanations comparative to human life.

This manuscript bundle comprises seventeen fascicles. The cover was lacquered and glided with gold leaves. The wooden marker was written with black ink and reads “this palm-leaf manuscript includes seventeen fascicles of Pāli Vibhaṅgapakaraṇa. The sponsors were Mün Net, his wife, and his relatives who copied this manuscript to ensure the continuation of the five-thousand-year Buddhist era.”
