Description of manuscript content:
Vibhaṅga is the sophisticated high-level Dhamma explaining various classifications: Pañcakkhandha (Five Aggregates), Āyatana (Twelve Spheres), the six Dhātu (Six Elements), the eighteen Dhātu (Eighteen Elements), Ariyasacca (Four Noble Truths), and Indriya (Twenty-two sense-faculties), followed by explanations comparative to human life.

จุฬสักกราชะได้ 1199 ตัว ปลีเมืองเร้า เดือนยี่ ออก 1๓ ฅ่ำ พร่ำว่าได้วัน 6 ปริปุณณะแล้วยามกองแก่ข้าแล ฯ อภิไชยภิกขุ วัตแผ่นเหลือง เขียนโชฏักกะกับด้วยหมื่นเนดและภริยาชื่อว่านายสุวัณณาเปนเคล้า กว่าพ่อแม่พี่น้องชู่ฅน ได้ส้างไว้โชตกะสาสนา 5000 วัสสาแท้ดีหลี ฯ สุทินฺนํ วตฺต เม ทานํ ธมฺมริกฺขิตฺต สาสน โชฏก ปญฺจสหสฺสา นิพฺพานํ ปรมํ สุกฺขํ นิจฺจํ ธุวํ ธุวํ ฯ The copying [of this manuscript] was completed in CS 1199, on the thirteenth waxing-moon day of the second [lunar] month, on a Friday. Phra (monk) Aphichai from Wat Phai Lüang copied this manuscript for Mün Net, his wife Mrs. Suwanna, and all his relatives to ensure the continuation of the five-thousand-year Buddhist era. Sudinnaṃ vatta me danaṃ dhammalikkhita sāsanā jotaka pañcasahass nibbānaṃ paramaṃ sukhaṃ niccaṃ duvaṃ duvaṃ [May the merit derived from copying this palm-leaf manuscript lead us to Nibbāna [in the future].
