This manuscript is a Jātaka or a story of one of the Buddha’s past lives given to his disciples. (Fascicle 5) In Videha city, there were three outstanding royal officers named Nanda, Deva, and Sañjaya. Each had different special skills. Nanda had strength. Deva had excellent knowledge and magical power. Sañjaya had great ability in battles.
