This manuscript describes a Jātaka, a story of the past life of the Buddha. Once upon a time, Bodhisatta was born as a prince of Videha city named “Sīvijaya.” He petted a cockatoo that could be able to speak like a human. He sent the cockatoo as a spy to find a wife candidate. The cockatoo flew to the castle of a princess of Sīvilāsa city. After seeing the princess was so beautiful, the cockatoo went back to tell Sīvijaya prince. The prince sent ambassadors to make a marriage proposal to the king of Sīvilāsa, but the proposal was rejected. Indra god brought the Sīvijaya prince to the castle of the Sīvaiya princess. They had chances to meet and get to know each other, and finally they became a couple living in the castle.
