This manuscript defines the sophisticated high-level Dhamma explaining the main or important topics of the Dhamma: Cita (meritorious thoughts or Kusala, demeritorious thoughts or Akusala, neutral thoughts of neither meritorious nor demeritorious ones), Vedanā (happiness, suffer, neutral feelings of neither happy nor suffering ones), Rūpa (form), and moderate-length explanations of different Dhamma topics.

ปริปุณณะแล้วเวราเดือนเกียง แรม 6 ฅ่ำ วัน 7 แกล่ข้าแลนายเหิย ข้าเขียนวันเตมแลนาย แลธ่าน ฯ [I] finished copying [this manuscript] on the sixth waning-moon day of the first [lunar] month, on the seventh day of the week as the Mon (say). I spent a day copying the manuscript. Remark: The date corresponds to Friday, 10 November 1922 (1284 Karttika 21), according to the Tai Lü calendar.
