This manuscript defines the sophisticated high-level Dhamma explaining the main or important topics of the Dhamma: Cita (meritorious thoughts or Kusala, demeritorious thoughts or Akusala, neutral thoughts of neither meritorious nor demeritorious ones), Vedanā (happiness, suffer, neutral feelings of neither happy nor suffering ones), Rūpa (form), and moderate-length explanations of different Dhamma topics.

ปริปุณณะแล้ว เดือน 12 ขึ้น 15 ฅ่ำ ภ่ำว่าได้วัน 5 แก่ข้าธุแลนายเฮิย ใจไม่ตั้งแลธ่านแลนาย ฯ [I] finished copying [this manuscript] on the fifteenth waxing-moon day of the twelfth [lunar] month, on the fifth day of the week as the Mon (say). I could not concentrate on copying the palm-leaf manuscript. Remark: The date corresponds to Friday, 6 October 1922 (1283 Asvana 15) if the Tai Lü calendar is followed.
