[The writing [of this manuscript was completed] in CS 1199, a […] rao year, in the dry season of the Khmer calendar, on the eleventh waning-moon day of the Mārgaśīrṣa month, on the third day of the week, a müang rao year as the Tai say, on the eleventh waning-moon day of the first [lunar] month, on the third day of the week, a müang rao day, at the time of the forenoon horn. Nòi (ex-novice) Siwichai wrote [this manuscript] for Mün (official rank) Net. My handwriting is not beautiful.
Remark: The date corresponds to Wednesday, 25 October 1837 (1199 Asvina 26).
