Description of manuscript content:
The text describes about the story of Gotama Buddha. He collected perfection since he was Hermit Sumedhon and was predicted by Dipangara Buddha until he attained enlightenment as a Buddha and established his teachings of Tipitaka. The text also mentions about the duration of the Teachings of the Buddha will be lasted until 5,000 years, and what will happen in the meantime. At the end of 5,000 years, all the relics of the Buddha which have been installed in various places will be integrated and become the Buddha one more time.

Folio 15 on the recto side: In Culasakkarat 1 thousand 9 hundred and 26 (corresponding with AD 1926), a hwai nyi year, on the thirteenth waning day of the fifth [lunar] month, the fifth day of the week, a ka pao day, the writing of this manuscript was finished at the time of the sunset drum (between 13.30–15.00 o’clock). Thammapanya had the religious faith to sponsor the making of this manuscript entitled Maha Sangkatto support the Teachings of the Buddha to last until the end of 5000 years. May I have a long life, may I be released from all diseases and dangers in this life and my other lives. Sādhu sādhu anumodāmi (Amen! Amen! I rejoice). Ai Chua Phò (novice) is the scribe. May this merit support me, please. My hand is inept.
Other notes:
May be benefit of this merit support me to escape from physical and mental and diseases. May I release from all dangers. May I finally enter Nirvana.
