The text mentions about the practice of eight elements in Samathabhāvanā (concentration development) which supports the mind to have power and calmness. Then the practitioners determine to attain the perfection and to concentrate on the state of Vipassanā (insight development). This supports the practitioners to see what occur around such as contemplation of the body, of the feelings, of the mind, and of the mind-objects as Tilakkhana, the three characteristics including Aniccaṃ, Dukkhaṃ, and Ānattā.
