ฮึ สุดบ่สุด สาธุ ตีค้องโหม้งโหม้งๆๆๆ นะ วันธี 15 กันยายน พระพุทธสักราช 2475 ตัว ปีวอกเดือน 12 เหนือ แรม 1 ฅ่ำ ภ่ำว่าตลงกละวัน 5 เวลา ๔ นาฬิกา กับ 25 นาที ข้าแก่ข้าแล ฯ สมณสัทธาสามเณรสมบุญ คันธรักสา จิ่งหาตัวธ่านพระบุญสมริกขิตตะ ให้ขอไว้ค้ำชูพุทธสาสนา โชตกวรพุทธะนิให้เปนหิตตาสุกขประโชนะค้ำชูตนตัวแห่งข้าให้เถิงติวิธผลในชั่วนี้แลชัวหน้า เมืองฟ้าแลนิพพาน เปนปริโยสานแก่ข้าแด่ นิจฺจํ ธุวํ ฯ แม่ปลีนี้ยุงแลผีตุ่มมากนักแล ปลีสันมีมาก ฯ พุทโธปีนี้ กินสลากวัดช้างค้ำ สามเณรตนหน้อยวัดเชียงแขง ได้สลากกองเรือนคำมีจำนวนเงินอยู่ ๑๙ บาทแล ฯ The copying [of this manuscript] was finished on September 15 in 2475 BE, corresponding to the first waning-moon day of the twelfth [lunar] month, Thursday. The manuscript was sponsored by Novice Sombun Khantharaksa to ensure the continuation of Buddhism. May I gain threefold happiness: worldly happiness, heavenly happiness, and Nibbāna. Remark: The date corresponds to Friday, 16 September 1932 (1294 Bhadrapada 16).
