เสล็ฌแล้ว วันผัดธี่ 29 กัณญายน ภ.ศ 2475 ฯ ว๊ะ ธ่านเหิย เตมธี ผมปีนี้ขี้ฅ้านมากเฮาเหิย บางธีค็ขอฅวามกรุณณาหลายๆ* ธ่านด้วยกัน ตัวอักสอรค็ฅงผิดแผกกันบ้าง โภาะสะนั้นขอธ่านธัมมกถึกพิจจรณาอ่านเอาเถิด ธ่าตกบกภ่องที่ไหน สมควรดีใส่ค็ใส่เอาเถิด ฯ ข้าภะเจ้า ภะเกียรธอง เขียนให้สามเณรเสงี่ยม ปางเมื่อข้าภะเจ้า เข้า ร, ร, นักธัมม์โธนั้นแล ข้าขอเอาติวิธสุกข์ ๓ ประการ มีนิพพานเจ้าเปนยอดเอยื่อมแท้จิงๆ ฯ นิพฺพานํ ปรมํ สุขํ ฯ พระเกียรธอง ธมฺมวโร ฯ The copying [of this manuscript] was finished on Thursday, 29 September 2475 BE. This year I am lazy and had other people help inscribe this palm-leaf manuscript. Please correct any mistakes left. I, Monk Kianthòng Dhammavaro, copied it for Novice Sangiam during my study of the Secondary Level Dhamma. Nibbānaṃ paramaṃ sukkhaṃ. Remark: The corresponding date of the Gregorian calendar is Thurday, 29 September 1932.
