Puggalapaññatti is the sophisticated high-level Dhamma defining regulations and elevations of humans’ minds: minds of those who cannot refrain defilements, minds of those who can refrain defilements sometimes, and minds of those who can completely refrain defilements.

จุฬสักราช 1251 ปลีกัดเร้า เดือน 10 แรม 8 ฅ่ำ วันจัน ยามแถสู่เที่ยง ฯ ปริปุณณะแกล่หัฏฐกัมม์ ธัมมลิกขิตตะ สัทธาหนานขัต บ้านมูรเทียร เขียนให้เปนทานไว้สืบสาสนา เปนที่ไหว้ปูชาแกล่มนุสสะเทวดาทังหลายแล ฯ ด้วยเดฌะกุสลผลธัมมลิกขิตตะทานเยื่อง ขอหื้อข้าได้เถิงนิพพานด้วยรีบเทิอะ ฯ อหํ มรณกาเล อมุฬเห อิทํ ธมฺมลิกฺขิตทานํ สรามิ นิจฺจํ ฯ อายุข้าพระเจ้าเถิง 75 ปลีนั้นแล” The copying [of this manuscript] was completed in CS 1251, on the eighth waning-moon day of the tenth [lunar] month, on a Monday, before noon. Mr. Nan (ex-monk) Khat, aged 75, living at Ban Monthian, copied [this manuscript] to ensure the continuation of Buddhism. Ahaṃ maraṇakale amuḷahe dhammalikkhitadānaṁ sārani niccaṃ duvaṃ [May the merit derived from copying this palm-leaf manuscript support me to gain [Arahatship and Nibbāna]] Remark: The date corresponds to Monday, 19 August 1889 (1251 Sravana 23). The dating follows the Tai Lü, not the Northern Thai calendar.
