Description of manuscript content:
The text mentions about the virtues of a Buddha comprise of 56, the virtues of the Dhamma include 38, and the virtues of the Sangha include 14 expanding into 108 and existing in the body of the group of eight Ariya-puggala (noble individuals). Every Buddha praises the virtue of Nibbāna is the superb. Any ordained and unordained person who wish to reach nibbāna should learn forty kinds of Samatha kammatthāna and Vipassanā kammatthāna and pay intention to follow that.

Folio 22 on the recto side: In Culasakkarat 2 thousand and 476 (corresponding with BE 2476), a ka hao year, in the tenth [lunar] month, a poek sanga day, the third day of the week (Tuesday), the writing of this manuscript was finished at the time of the sunset drum (between 13.30–15.00 o’clock). Nang Phia Peng, Saen Mai Buasi, Hua Khuan and all their children had the religious faith to jointly sponsor the making of this manuscript entitled Satthavimala to support the Teachings of the Buddha to last until the end of 5000 years. May we achieve the 4 Magga and the 4 Pala (the paths and fruitions), may we reach the crystal city which is Nirvāna, may all our wishes and desires come true. niccaṃ dhuvaṃ dhuvaṃ (Contantly and certainly). Achan Thammapanya is the scribe, may I share much merit.
