[The writing of this manuscript] was completed at the time of the forenoon horn, slightly before lunch. May this merit derived from writing this Dhamma manuscript Tamnan Thakhong be transferred to my family members and all teachers.
Nibbāna paccayo hotu me metteyyasantike anāgate nibbānaṃ paramaṃ sukkhaṃ
May I attain the threefold happiness of which Nibbāna is the ultimate one. Monk Surinda copied the manuscript by himself while taking care of Thu Luang (abbot) Jeyyavuḍḍhi of Wat Ban Hong. In Sakkarāja (CS) 1225, the Year of the Pig of the Cambodian calendar, are a ka khai year as the Thai say, on the eleventh waxing-moon day of the twelfth lunar month, the fourth day of the week, I copied this manuscript to sustain Buddhism to last until the end of 5,000 years or last long as the manuscript exists.
