Description of manuscript content:
This manuscript is Thūpavaṃsa explainings the history of building Buddha images that are regarded as a representative of the Buddha. To serve different benefits, construction of pagodas are constructed into different shapes and enshrine Buddha relics enshrine, accompanied with other offering-alms the Buddha representations, with different material use and shapes. such as a Buddha image and Cediya where the relics are enshrined.

[The writing of this manuscript was completed] in CS 1253, a ruang mao year, on the twelfth waxing-moon day of the twelfth [lunar] month, the third day of the week, a dap sai day according to the Thai calendar. Novice Upālī wrote this manuscript while taking care of Sawathu Cao Khruba (senior charismatic monk) Sommana from Wat Ban Hong.May the merit be transferred to my parents and my family members. My handwriting was not that beautiful as I lacked concentration.
