This manuscript is Thūpavaṃsa explainings the history of building Buddha images that are regarded as a representative of the Buddha. To serve different benefits, construction of Pagodas are constructed into different shapes and enshrine Buddha relics enshrine, accompanied with other offering-alms the Buddha representations, with different material use and shapes. such as a Buddha image and Cediya where the relics are enshrined.

[The writing of this manuscript] was completed on the ninth waxing-moon day of the twelfth [lunar] month, the seventh day of the week, a ruang pao day as Tai says.
Novice Jayamaṇgala wrote the manuscript while taking care of Sawathu Cao Khruba (senior charismatic monk) Sommana at Wat Ban Hong Si Bun Rüang near the main street.

The date corresponds to 1253 Bhadrapada 9 = Saturday, 12 December 1891. This day was indeed a ruang pao day according to the Tai tradition.
