Description of manuscript content:
This manuscript narrates the story of a king of Takkasila who moved his troops to defeat several polities (müang). The polities that neglected surrendering to the king were defeated. Most of the cities were fearful to his troops and surrendered, except for Mithilā city. The citizens of Mithilā fought against him to guard their city until they eventually won.

The writing of this manuscript] was completed at the time of the evening drum, on the sixth day of the week. O am Novice Indacak.I wrote this manuscript while taking care of Sawathu Cao Khruba Sommana at Wat Ban Hong Luang Si Bun Rüang Kaeo Kwang, located next to a canal. In Sakkarat 1253, a ruang mao year, on the second waxing-moon day of the twelfth month, the writing of the manuscript was completed.

The dadte corresponds to 1253 Bhadrapada 2 = Saturday, 5 September 1891.
