Dhammalikhitta arahattaphala-nibbāna paccayo hotu me metteyya buddha santike kāle meyhaṃ niccaṃ dhuvaṃ Nan (ex-monk) Ñāna inscribed this manuscript so that the Teachings of the Buddha could be prolonged until [the end of] 5,000 years.
In CS 1244, a tao sanga year, on the ninth waning-moon day of the tenth [lunar] month, Dutiya, a Tuesday as the Mon say, a kat mao day as the Tai say, in early afternoon (12:00–13:30), the writing of this manuscript was finished. May the merit derived from inscribing the manuscript be transferred to my family members. Mahā Svādhu Cao Sommaṇa from Wat Ban Hong Lung inscribed this manuscript during his stay at Ban Cetiya Yang Som. I am not good at inscribing palm-leaf manuscripts. There might be some mistakes and missing, please forgive me!
