Description of manuscript content:
Once upon a time, the Bodhisatta was born as a disabled poor young man whose body was strangely only a head. Later, supported by his accumulated merit and assisted by God Indra, he transformed himself into a beautiful young man andHe only has a head. He uses magic to transform himself into a handsome man. With his past wholesome Kamma and the help of Inda, he married a daughter of a city ruler princess a king of the city.

I completed the writing of this manuscript on Thursday in CS 1189, a moeng khai year. Monk Inda wrote the manuscript at Wat Ban Hong. Nibbāna paccayo hotu me niccaṃ dhuvaṃ dhuvaṃ. Monk Intha (Inda Bhikkhu) inscribes the manuscript. My handwriting was not beautiful. Please be careful when using it. I inscribed the manuscript at Wat Ban Hong to sustain Buddhism. I have been here for five years from the eastern part of Chiang Mai. May all my wishes be fulfilled.
