This manuscript defines the sophisticated high-level Dhamma explaining the main or important topics of the Dhamma: Cita (meritorious thoughts or Kusala, demeritorious thoughts or Akusala, neutral thoughts of neither meritorious nor demeritorious ones), Vedanā (happiness, suffer, neutral feelings of neither happy nor suffering ones), Rūpa (form), and moderate-length explanations of different Dhamma topics.

Sudinnaṃ vatta me dānaṃ dhammadānaṃ nibbāna paccayo hotu no niccaṃ dhuvaṃ dhuvaṃใ
In CS 1283, a ruang rao year, on the fourth waxing-moon day of the tenth [lunar] month, the first day of the week as the Mon say, a tao yi day as the Tai say, the eighth propitious time, ahaṃ nāmaṃ nāmakara, I, Novice Paññā, inscribed the manuscript during my stay of assistance to Svādhu Gambhīra of Wat Huai Ha. The principal initiator was Police Sergeant Bunpan, together with his wife and his children, who sponsored the writing of this manuscript entitled Abhidhammā-saṅgiṇī for Buddhism.
