This manuscript is Jātaka or a story of the Buddha’s past life given to his disciples. (Fascicle 6) Suvaṇṇasaṅkha took his mother to King Brahmadatta and told him the truth. The king proved the honesty of his two wives by letting them walk through a burnt path. Candātevī survived but Kòngkham was burnt dead.

In CS 1248, a rawai set year, in the rainy season, on the twelfth waning-moon day of the twelfth [lunar] month, the seventh day of the week, at the time of the evening drum, the writing of this manuscript was completed by Monk Sommana who wrote this manuscript by himself. May the merit definitely be transferred to my family members.
