This manuscript describes the time when the Buddha went to teach Abhidhamma (The basket of higher teaching) such as Dhammasaṅgiṇī, Vibhaṅga, Dhātukathā, Pukkalapaññatti, Kathāvatthu, Yamaka, and Mahāpaṭṭhāna, to his divine mother in the Dusita heaven.

[The writing of this manuscript] was completed by myself at the time of the evening drum in CS 1308 or BE of 2489, a rawai set year, on the fifth waning-moon day of the third [lunar] month, the seventh day of the week, a ka khai day as the Tai say. Acan (teacher) Nan (ex-monk) Chu Phira Kaeo, living at Ban Mò near the main road, wrote the manuscript alone by himself.
