[The writing of this manuscript] was completed in CS 1279, a moeng sai year, on the first waxing-moon day of the eighth [lunar] month, the fifth day of the week as the Mon say, in early afternoon. Monk Sīvijaya wrote the manuscript so that the religion could last until [the end of] 5,000 years. I wish to definitely become a Buddha and gain the threefold happiness. Nibbāna paccayo hotu me niccaṃ dhuvaṃ dhuvaṃ. I wrote the manuscript at Wat Si Bun Rüang.
