Maddī or Princess Maddi, the Vessantara’s consort, is the ninth section and 12th fascicle in the Vessantara Jataka. When Princess Maddi goes away for fruits. As she is returning, she finds her way barred by three fierce animals including a lion, a tiger and a leopard. Having known that Jūjaka was away with her two children. I lost concentration because I wanted to disrobe, causing my handwriting not beautiful. Ylang-ylang flowers are drying and floating on the water in a clay ewer. The sun is seen above the trees when I completed the writing of this manuscript.
