The manuscript describes the characteristics of the Bodhi tree under which the Buddha sat at the moment of awakening. The tree trunkIt was 100 Sòk in height tall and, 30 Sòk in thickness with wide, has 1,000 branches, of which and each brace is 50 Sòk in length eachlong. The tree leaves were in different colors. The leaves of the Bodhi tree are colorful. The treeIt was guarded by deities, gods, goddesses, God Indra, ogres Yakkha, and lions. Those who pay homage to the treeIf people come to venerate, their wish can fulfill all their wishes will be successful.

My handwriting is not beautiful, please be very careful. [The writing of this manuscript] was completed at the time of the evening drum in CS 1283, a ruang rao year, on the eighth waning-moon day of the eleventh [lunar] month, the sixth day of the week, at the time of the evening drum. I, Novice Canda, wrote the manuscript to sustain the continuation of the Teachings of the Buddha until [the end of] 5,000 years or last as long as the life of the manuscript. I wish Nibbāna and the merit be transferred to my parents.
