[The writing of this manuscript] was completed in CS 1240, a poek yi year, on the twelfth waxing-moon day of the tenth [lunar] month, the fifth day of the week, at the time of the forenoon horn. Khanan (ex-monk) Yana wrote this manuscript. likhittadānaṃ gotamasāsanā buddhasāsanā metteyya buddhasantike kāle metahaṃ niccaṃ dhuvaṃ. May the merit definitely support me and my family members to be reborn in the period of Metteyya Buddha, the forthcoming Buddha. I wrote this manuscript at Ban Cetiya Yang Som, Nòng Phak Waen, Dong Khoei. My handwriting is totally not beautiful. Please be careful when using the manuscript. There are still mistakes left.
