Subrahmokkha had a nine-tailed dog. When his father died, he went to clear a plot in the forest. Indra came down to earth to help him and gave Miss khai Fa to be his wife. The king of Matura Nagara who coveted the hero's wife, sent him to look for a lotus blossom in the land of the nagas. Along the way, the hero married King of ant's daughter and the daughter of the king of nagas. When the king died, he was asked to ascend the throne.

[The writing of this manuscript] was completed on the third day of the week, at the time of the evening drum. My handwriting is totally not beautiful. Monks and novices who use this manuscript are suggested being careful. I wrote this religious manuscript to sustain the continuation of Buddhism 5,000 years. I wish to attain the threefold happiness of which Nibbāna is the ultimate one. I, Monk Abhivaṃsa, wrote the manuscript during my stay of assistance to Khruba Sommana.
Hotu vo niccaṃ dhuvaṃ dhuvaṃ.
CS 1267, a dap sai year, the seventh waxing-moon day of the eleventh [lunar] month, the third day of the week. May the merit derived from writing the manuscript be transferred to my family members and all my lay supporters.
