[The writing of this manuscript] was completed on the fifth day of the week, at noon, on the seventh waning-moon day of the twelfth [lunar] month. May the merit derived from writing this manuscript be transferred to my family members. I am Surinda. CS 1267. May the merit derived from writing this manuscript reward me with sharp wisdom, confidence, and energy. My handwriting is not that beautiful and please let the remaining mistakes be. The letters are unstably small as hens’ eyes and big as buffalos’ eyes.
