[The writing of this manuscript] was completed in CS 1265, a ka mao year, on a waxing-moon day of the twelfth [lunar] month, a Sunday. May the merit derived from writing this manuscript be transferred to me, my family members, and my teachers. Novice Bodhilaṅkā from Lampang, lives at Ban Hong. My handwriting is not that beautiful. I wrote the manuscript to sustain the continuation of the Teachings of the Buddha until [the end of] 5,000 years or long as the life of this manuscript. May the merit derived from writing this manuscript lead me to Nibbāna.
