In CS 1288, a rawai yi year, on the eighth waxing-moon day of the twelfth [lunar] month, a Tuesday, Thu (monk) Dhanañjaya wrote this manuscript during his stay of assistance to Monk Mahāvaṃsa at Wat Si Bun Rüang Kaeo Kwang. May the merit derived from writing the manuscript protect my family members and my teachers. I, Monk Dhanañjaya, wrote the manuscript. May I definitely attain Nibbāna. Sudinnaṃ vatta me dānaṃ dhammadānaṃ jināti nibbānaṃ paramaṃ sukkhaṃ hontu me niccaṃ.
