Description of manuscript content:
Once upon a time, the Bodhisatta was born as King Bheyya, a son of a king of Hongsawadi city. He was treated unfairly and driven away from the city. He was then helped by God Indra god and could overcome all problems. He was finally back and became a king.
Colophon:
[The writing of this manuscript] was completed on the fifth day of the week, at the time of the noon horn, in CS 1263, a ruang pao year, on the thirteenth waning-moon day of the fourth [lunar] month. I, Kāvijaya, wrote this manuscript to sustain the continuation of the Teachings of the Buddha to last until [the end of] 5,000 years. May the merit derived from writing the manuscript support me to definitely become a Buddha. May my family members, my teachers, and I be reborn in the realms of heaven and reach Nibbāna. I wrote the manuscript for Khruba Sommana of Wat Ban Hong. Nibbāna paccayo hotu me niccaṃ metteyya santike niccaṃ dhuvaṃ dhuvaṃ.
