Description of manuscript content:
Mullatantrai was to provide good lessons to governors and soldiers who performed duties as judges. These were to encourage them to judge cases fairly and to cultivate good morals and behaviour.
Colophon:
[The writing of this manuscript] was completed at the time of the evening drum, the second day of the week, on the first waxing-moon day of the sixth [lunar] month. Monk Abhijaya wrote this manuscript during his stay of assistance to Khruba Sommana at Wat Si Bun Rüang Ban Hong. My handwriting is not that beautiful and looks like hen scratching because I really wanted to leave monkhood. May the merit derived from writing this manuscript be transferred to my family members. Nibbāna paccayo hotu no niccaṃ dhuvaṃ dhuvaṃ. CS 1259.
