Description of manuscript content:
Mullatantrai was to provide good lessons to governors and soldiers who performed duties as judges. These were to encourage them to judge cases fairly and to cultivate good morals and behaviour.
Colophon:
[The writing of this manuscript] was completed at the time of the evening drum on the sixth day of the week. I, Kāvijaya, wrote this manuscript for Khruba Sommana of Wat Ban Hong. May the merit derived from writing this manuscript support me and my family members. I wish for the threefold happiness of which Nibbāna is the ultimate one. CS 1259, a ka rao year. May I be endowed with sharp wisdom.
