Description of manuscript content:
Mullatantrai was to provide good lessons to governors and soldiers who performed duties as judges. These were to encourage them to judge cases fairly and to cultivate good morals and behaviour.
Colophon:
[The writing of this manuscript] was completed in the morning in CS 1259, a ka rao year. I, Mano, wrote this manuscript alone for Sawathu Khruba Sommana of Wat Ban Hong. May the merit derived from writing this manuscript support me. There are still mistakes in the manuscript because I was often interrupted by people while writing. A beautiful young woman intentionally came around. A striped dog always barked.
