Description of manuscript content:
The text explains the behaviors of laypeople after the Teachings of the Buddha pass through 3,000 years in the future. People will become selfish, lustful and hold false views. Most people will believe in spirits, dryads and deities. Only few people will continue to follow the teachings of the Buddha.

Folio 25 on the recto side: In CS 1276, a kap nyi year, on the eighth day of the waning moon of the ninth [lunar] month, the first day of the week (Sunday), a tao nyi day, at the time of the morning drum (7:30–9:00), the writing of this manuscript was finished. The king of the front palace together with Sathu Nying (wife), children and all royal relatives had the most ardent religious faith to sponsor the making of this manuscript entitled Sanghòm that, to support the Teaching of Gotama Buddha to last until the end of 5000 years. Nibbānaṃ paramaṃ sukkhaṃ (Nirvana is the greatest bliss).
