The text is a commentary (sharḥ) on the al-Kitāb fī Ghāyah al-Ikhtiṣār by ‘Izzu al-Dīn ibn ‘Abd al-Salām explains the rules on transactions in Islam such as those related to buying-selling, renting, sacrificial animals, marriage and liberating slaves.
