Phaya Chüang reigned over Ngoen Nyang kingdom. During his rule, the people were happy and the kingdom was free from enemies.

Folio 25 on the recto side: In Culasakkarat hundred and 54 (should be CS 1154), a tao cai year, on the first day to the waning moon of the eighth [lunar] month, the fourth day of the week (Wednesday), a ka pao day, Phò Sida together with his wife and children had the religious faith to sponsor the making of this manuscript entitled Mahanithan Phayachüang to support the Teachings of the Buddha to last until the end of 5000 years. Nibbāna paccaya hotu (May this be a condition to reach Nirvana).
